Ordering online at www.shopivyroseco.com is safe and secure. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider's database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

SHIPPING:

STANDARD: 2-3 business days after your order is processed. Free shipping is standard USPS first class package or priority if applicable, and only for orders from www.shopivyroseco.com within the contiguous U.S. only. Free Shipping is prior to any taxes or discounts.

EXPEDITED OPTIONS: Guaranteed delivery occurs 1-3 business days after your order is processed.

Preorders for Makeup Junkie bags can on average of 4-6 weeks (though sometimes takes longer) as they are handmade. There are times - due to high volume, limited materials, and beyond our control - there are shortages so bags preorders are not guaranteed. Preorders and Custom orders CANNOT be canceled/refunded.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Discount codes are typically a one time use only, and may not apply to select products such as Makeup Junkie Bags, sets and any other products that may be already discounted. 

Depending on your location and package weight, orders sent via Standard Standard shipping will be delivered by USPS or UPS. During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipments may be delayed due to high order volume.

RETURNS:

We think you will love each item we have personally curated. In the case, however, you would like to return your product(s), please request a return authorization by emailing: ShopIvyRoseCo@gmail.com, ATTN: RETURNS or fill out the Contact Us formProduct(s) must have been purchase directly from and have record at www.ShopIvyRoseCo.com. All returned products must be cancelled and/or have written authorization from our office (typically given via email) and returned within 15 days of the original order date to be eligible for a full refund of the price you paid for the product(s) and applicable taxes. Processed orders cannot be changed/modified or canceled. Refunds on all processed transactions are given via store credit with the exception of Makeup Junkie Bags and sale items  (all sales final). In addition, all accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE (non-returnable and not eligible for store credit). We do not allow returns on Makeup Junkie, preordered and custom/made to order items. If you purchased a collection or set, the entire collection or set must be returned to receive a credit. We are unable to offer exchanges or refund any applicable shipping. There will be a 10% fee or cost of shipping (whichever is greater if it was shipped free) deducted from credit, as well as restocking fees on all processed transactions. 

If any product you receive is damaged or not exactly what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of shipment delivery by emailing: ShopIvyRoseCo@gmail.com, ATTN: RETURNS or fill out the Contact Us form. Please keep the original box in case it is requested by the shipment company. 

 

THE RETURN PROCESS:

To expedite the handling of your return, please include all product(s) you wish to return, as well as any free items received with the original order. We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us.

It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted product(s) back to us. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Once your return is received, it will be processed within 10-14 business days. If your order qualified for free shipping and a return results in an order that no longer qualifies for free shipping, applicable charges will be deducted from your refund.

You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed.

Once your return has been processed, a store credit will be emailed to the original email on the order.
